We are facing one of the greatest challenges in our history: an unprecedented climate crisis that is already having a profound impact on the lives of a large part of humanity in this generation. We need to act quickly and effectively to reverse the effects of climate change and ensure a sustainable future. This will only be possible through disruptive innovations in the most diverse sectors of the economy.

Climate Ventures is a climate innovation platform that connects companies, governments, investors, and entrepreneurs to accelerate the transition to a regenerative economy and zero carbon. It seeks to act in a systemic way, acting both in fostering the climate entrepreneurship ecosystem through collective action, production, and dissemination of knowledge and projection of visibility, as well as in direct support to startups and entrepreneurs, providing mentoring, startup acceleration, and access to investments.

Since 2018, Climate Ventures has positioned itself as one of the most relevant and prolific platforms for climate innovation in Brazil, having developed innovation labs on topics of paramount importance such as the logistics and commercialization of Amazonian socio-biodiversity products, as well as programs to support the startups, such as the partnership with ClimateLaunchpad and the venture fund philanthropy IPU, a fund that brings together social investors to support impactful businesses or social organizations that are developing solutions aimed at the water and sanitation sector.

Visual approach

The concept of climate change and the changes we need to undertake to face it are expressed through color gradients that reflect the transition from the current state of alert (red tones) to a future perspective (blue and purple tones). The abstract geometric elements connect with the ecosystem through arrows, referring to the different dynamics present in the relationship between the actors that compose it, as well as to specific, more figurative themes, added as a third layer in the visual expression.
